How to lower a 1968-79 VW bus

These are the parts we are going to install on this 1971 VW truck.
A spindle to spindle Wagenswest 4 inch narrowed adjustable beam with 2.5 inch dropped spindles.

A set of narrowed tie rods, and for the rear some Wagenswest 4.5 inch dropped plates. The wheels are a set of 17x 7 Porsche - style Fuchs with 205/40/17 tires in the front and 205/45/17 in the rear.
