Be patient and carefully line the top and bottom teeth in the next highest or lowest setting. Then, hold the adjuster cap down on the teeth and crank the 22mm bolt down. This will swell the inside of the spring retaining ring in the beam, helping to lock it down. After that, crank down the 22mm lock nut. One tooth on one adjuster is one inch. One tooth on both adjusters is 2 inches, and so on.
