How to,
install Wagenswest adjustable Volkswagen bus spring plates.
All of our adjustable bus spring plates install in pretty much the same way. We like to set the adjuster screw in the middle of the thread block and the bottom of the spring plate 1/2 to 5/8 inch above the bottom spring plate stop on the torsion housing.
In the first photo and in your bag of goodies you will find a round plastic puck, put some silicone on the back of the puck and insert the puck into the end of the spring plate spline. This puck is a spacer, to keep the torsion bars centered.
