1936-69 Harley Davidson, Panhead knucklehead engine case bottom, Repair castings. for the infamous blown rear Rod case disaster. Good match on the aluminum color, welds up nice. not for the beginner, needs to be tig welded and machined.

1969-79 Volkswagen bug type 1 and 3, new IRS bearing housing. these are used to replace stock bearing bores or build new trailing arms for custom suspension for bugs, buggy’s, buses and kit cars. Precision Made by Wagenswest. After years of using import bearing housings, we had enough. So we made these. Out of a solid block of steel, with proper dimensions and offsets. We also added a grease zerk to keep your bearings lubed up.

Wagenswest USA made VW bus beam center 1955-79. Me make these to a few different custom sizes. Precision machined and broached in the USA. These beam centers are the back bone to our beams. And are a great replacement for damaged beams or new construction. these beam centers come tapped for 14mm x 1.5 thread pitch bolts.

EMPI has taken the guess work out of putting together your high performance I.R.S. axles. Complete axle kits are now available and come with our chromoly race axles, nylon ties, boots, C.V. joints, flanges, and grease. These axle kits are not assembled and come in an eye catching full color box. Type 2 kits are supplied with 98-5084-B C.V. joints and 8mm bolts. The 930 kits are supplied with 87-9470-B C.V. joints and 3/8" bolts.

VW bug cv joint spacer kit.

These are the 22,mm spacers that we use in our Type II- IRS kits, for 1955-67 VW buses. With these spacers you wont need custom axles, solving myriad supply issues.

We use these on the “brake, axle, stub side” of the stock VW bug CV joint axle/assembly to make it 22,mm longer for custom applications.

Comes with —

2 x 90,mm x 22,mm spacers.

12 x longer 6,mm Allen head 12.9 Hex cap Screws.

1955-67 split VW bus weld in BAY IRS frame horn bases

This is the most practical way to put 1968-71 bus IRS rear suspension, into your 1955-67 split window VW bus. Keeping it stock height and getting rid of the RGB’s, while staying heavy duty.

With these parts installed and welded in to the back of your split VW bus. You will be able to then install stock rear suspension from a 1968-71 bus.

Comes with 2 weld in shackles and 10.9 grade bolts.

You will need to source the stock rear suspension from a 1968-71 VW bus

You will need a type one IRS transmission with a split bus nose cone ( you probably have the cone)
