]]> This Wagenswest rear air bag frame rail kit for 1968-79 Volkswagen buses comes with all the metal parts needed to install bags in the rear of your bus. As you can see cutting and welding is required! For years we have been fabricating these into buses and now we are offering a no “guess work” kit.

This rear bay bag kit is made to go with our air-ride beam, found here.

This is not a job for the novice, but it really is the best way we have found to bag the back of a Bay Window bus. Horseshoe drop plates or 4.5” drop plates are needed to get you low, and this kit will both notch the frame for your axles and give you UP & DOWN motion.
