Often customers only call when something isn’t right. Fortunately we tend to get a high volume of customers calling to tell us how much they like these Wagenswest parts. Like Ty and his slammed Westfalia. 6 years on our lowering kit and counting. Thanks for the encouraging words.
Air ride bus beam coming down the line.
Oooh these are work, sweet satisfying work. 2” inch narrowed Wagenswest air beam for a split window 1964-67 Volkswagen bus. Custom built with 2.5” inch welded drop spindles. This one is for Ty Ethridge.
Slam Bay Specials, coming up.
We are getting ready to ship a bunch of 1968-79 VW bus lowering kits. The Slam Bay Special started out as a drive in drive out service that we offered at Wagenswest. Now days it’s a parts kit, basically all the custom parts needed to lower your 1968-70 Volkswagen bus.
Spinning Wagenswest hubs for Split VW bus, rear disc brakes. Porsche 944 style chromoly 4142.
3D printers eat your heart out, you can’t make these.
Air beams and welded spindles
My Everest now days is air beams and welded spindles. Hand and machine made, time consuming and labor intensive. When I started this shop I had no money, but I had muscle and spit and Jesus. It still feels good to use my muscles and spit, thank-you Jesus! This is part of a complete suspension I’m building for a long time customer.
2021 marks 20 years
2021 marks 20 years of slamming VW buses, every day for me. Thanks to all my customers and friends for supporting Wagenswest. This line of products, I thoroughly enjoy to use, myself. Would not be possible without all of you
